Exchange Server Requirements

The system requires a modern and supported Microsoft messaging and directory infrastructure. To ensure full compatibility and reliable operation, the following minimum server requirements must be met:

• Exchange Server The environment must include Exchange Server 2016 or later. Earlier versions are not supported.

• Active Directory The system must operate in an Active Directory environment running on Windows Server 2019 or later, with a Microsoft Active Directory schema level of 2016 or higher.

These components must be present and properly configured in the target environment to support authentication, directory lookups, and integration workflows. Environments not meeting these requirements may experience compatibility issues or unsupported behavior.
