Login Security

Users are enabled to log in to the portal in this area using OTP. In the Login Security section, CAPTCHA and SMS-based login settings can be enabled.

• To enable CAPTCHA, the switch under the “Should CAPTCHA be enabled?” field is turned on.

• To enable login via SMS, the switch under the “Should SMS provider be enabled?” field is turned on, and the “Method Type”, “API URL”, “HTTP Accept”, “Content Type”, “Header”, and “Request Body” fields are completed according to the institution-specific SMS provider information.

  • To verify whether the configuration is correct, a phone number is entered in the “Test Phone Number” field and the “Test” button is clicked. If the configuration is correct, a test message is expected to be received on the entered mobile phone.

  • If the settings are correct, the configuration is saved by clicking the “Update” button.
