Report Operator User

In the D2M system, the Report Operator is a role configured to track and audit all actions performed on users’ mobile devices within the organization. Rather than carrying out operational interventions, this role focuses on system monitoring and the documentation of historical data.

The main authorities and responsibilities of the Report Operator user within D2M are as follows:

• Login and Security: After logging into the portal with a username and password, the user gains access to the system by completing the SMS OTP verification step, as with other authorized roles.

• Accessible Screens: In order to perform assigned duties, the user has permission to view the “Device Management” and “Reporting” screens within the portal.

• Detailed Monitoring: Through the Device Management table, the user can view device ID, model, and status information; via the Actions column, the current status and technical details of devices can be reviewed.

• Advanced Filtering: On the Reporting screen, targeted reports can be generated using criteria such as device list, device owner, the user who performed the action, action type, and a specific date range.

• Data Export and Sharing: Generated reports can be downloaded to the local computer in PDF, Excel, or Word formats.

• Report Delivery: By using the “Send Report Email” feature, the prepared report can be sent directly from the system to the relevant email addresses.
